Yoga Class Locations
Baysville
MONDAYS @ 6PM • 60 MINUTES
Classes in Baysville are held on the public dock, just up from Heidi’s Boat House. If travelling towards Dorset, take the first left immediately after the bridge. You’ll see the dock on the left.
If the weather does not cooperate, classes are held at the Baysville Community Centre in a bright space on the second floor. When you enter the building turn right and head up the stairs. Go through the rec room and you’ll see the yoga space on your left.
Dwight
TUESDAYS @ 4:30PM • 60 MINUTES
THURSDAYS @ 8:15AM • 75 MINUTES
The Dwight Community Centre, attached to the Public Library, is where these classes are held. Go through the community centre doors and turn right. We have a tranquil space that allows us to connect inward and develop our practice. Classes run rain or shine!
Livingstone Lake
THURSDAYS @ 4PM • 60 MINUTES
These classes are held in a timber frame barn just off of Laurel Road on Livingstone Lake. For those not familiar with the lake, it is a 25 minute drive from Dorset. Please reach out to me for additional directions, as cell service is limited.
Port Sydney
TUESDAYS @ 7AM • 60 MINUTES
Port Sydney classes are held on the dock at the Public Beach. Practicing by the water as the sun is rising high in the sky is a unique and peaceful experience.This class is weather dependent as it is held outdoors.
Dorset
WEDNESDAYS @ 10AM • 60 MINUTES
Through a partnership with The Open Space studio, Wednesday classes are held in a beautiful covered outdoor space. Practicing in nature to the sounds of swaying trees and chirping birds will leave you relaxed and at peace. Plus, the studio has a café for post-yoga coffee and treats!
The Open Space also hosts daily classes if my class schedule does not fit with your schedule.
